• Between 1986-1997:

• 31,584 PCC reports for cyclobenzaprine

• 16,979 PCC reports for cyclobenzaprine as a single agent

• More than 90% of reports resulted from a single (repeated or continuous) exposure over short time period

• Intentional abuse and misuse (combined) was approximately 5%
