| We must proceed with EXTREME caution when experimenting with things we do not fully understand like Nanotechnology. For many years now, the government has been spraying toxic aerosol over the S.F. Bay Area and other places in the country as part of the Tropospheric Aerosol Program. They are now considering applying Nanotechnology to this program. The current Aerosol being sprayed over our houses includes barium and aluminum which are toxic to breathe. Respitory problems skyrocket everytime this aerosol is spared over our communities. We already have an asthma epidemic in children in the U.S. and this only serves to fuel the epidemic. It is totally insane and must be stopped! Please do not approve any use of nanotechnology until it is fully understood. When we mess with mother nature, we will have to endure her revenge. I don't think cleaning up nanoparticles spread across the globe is anything we are prepared to deal with and would be completely impossible.
