 Dear Sir or Madam:

I have been on prescribed compounded bioidentical hormones for menopausal symptoms for about 10 years.  I have been closely monitored and have had wonderful improvements in my health.  I had been experiencing mild unexplained depression, hot flashes, and emotional ups and downs. My physician required a 24 hour urine sex hormone test besides a medical history.  And before prescribing, had me read up on hormones.  

I have done very well on these and desire that the bioidentcal form of estrogens and progesterone continue to be made available to those of us who, with our physicians' approval, wish to continue to have access to these products.
