Americas Kitchen Recalls "Wellsley Farms" Green Bean Casserole Because of Possible Health Risk

The label is a black rectangular shape label with round corners. A dark gold stripe surrounds a green label. From top to bottom and left to right the label at the top center has a logo that is a blue circle within a circle and the letters “WF”. A blue line goes through the circles. The bulk of the label shows a green bean casserole with green beans in a creamy mushroom sauce topped with french fried onion. Midway down the label are two green banners.
