Americas Kitchen Recalls "Wellsley Farms" Green Bean Casserole Because of Possible Health Risk

The label is a black rectangular shape label with round corners. A dark gold stripe surrounds a green label. From top to bottom and left to right the label at the top center has a logo that is a blue circle within a circle and the letters “WF”. A blue line goes through the circles.  The bulk of the label shows a green bean casserole with green beans in a creamy mushroom sauce topped with french fried onion. Midway down the label are two green banners. The first banner says “GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE” in black lettering. Immediately below on the second banner reads “Crisp green beans in a creamy mushroom sauce topped with french fried onions” in white lettering. In the lower left hand corner, the label says “KEEP REFRIGERATED” in black lettering.  The bottom center reads in black lettering “NET WT. 2 LB (907 g)
