4	Approach to problem Thomson Healthcare is a global information solution provider, we already have infrastructure, processes, systems and staff in place that can be leveraged by pharmaceutical companies to address the issue of conversion to SPL. Thomson Healthcare’s Content Management System (CMS), XML-based system, is a multi-million dollar infrastructure initiative to author, submit, review, approve, publish, reuse, and repurpose content. So, our approach is to provide this capability as a full service to pharmaceutical companies.
