Final Monograph/Amendment Published in the FR and CFR

After all revisions are made and the final monograph/amendment receives all the appropriate final concurrences, it is published in the Federal Register (FR). All final monographs and amendments that have been published in the FR are then published in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
