Tobacco Product Marketing Granted Orders (MGO)

To date, the FDA has authorized 23 tobacco-flavored e-cigarette products and devices. These are the only e-cigarette products that currently may be lawfully sold in the U.S. The distribution or sale of unlawfully marketed products is subject to enforcement action.

CTP Strategic Plan

On Dec. 18, 2023, CTP released a new 5-year strategic plan. The plan defined five goals, reinforced by four cross-cutting themes, 10 outcomes, and several corresponding objectives. CTP also reviewed and refreshed its vision and mission statements.
