FY 11 IRB Inspections Classified - All Centers

Figure 3 is a pie chart of institutional review board (IRB) inspections that were classified across the Centers during FY 2011 after review of the Establishment Inspection Report (EIR). The total number of inspections classified was 179, which represents all inspections classified during the fiscal year no matter when the inspection occurred.

The pie chart is divided into 3 sections, by final classification:

  • NAI - no action indicated - in green (52%)
  • VAI - voluntary action indicated - in yellow (44%)
  • OAI - official action indicated - in red (4%)
