Text Description: FY 09 BEQ inspections classified

Figure 5 is a pie chart of bioequivalence (BEQ) inspections that were classified by the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) during FY 2009 after review of the Establishment Inspection Report (EIR).  The total number of inspections classified was 127, which represents all inspections classified during the fiscal year no matter when the inspection occurred.

The pie chart is divided into 3 sections, by final classification:

  • NAI – no action indicated – in green (28%)
  • VAI – voluntary action indicated – in yellow (71%)
  • OAI – official action indicated – in red (1%)
