Text Description: FY 09 Sponsor/Monitor Inspections Classified - All Centers

Figure 4 is a pie chart of sponsor/monitor (Spon/Mon) inspections that were classified across the Centers during FY 2009 after review of the Establishment Inspection Report (EIR).  The total number of inspections classified was 116, which represents all inspections classified during the fiscal year no matter when the inspection occurred.

The pie chart is divided into 3 sections, by final classification:

  • NAI – no action indicated – in green (64%)
  • VAI – voluntary action indicated – in yellow (28%)
  • OAI – official action indicated – in red (8%)
