The product was distributed through The Schwan Food Company (Schwan's) home delivery system nationwide between December 2003 and October 2004. The product bears a code number on the label that identifies Iceland Seafood as the seafood processor and the date of production. Affected products bear codes numbers starting with "W" followed by a nine-digit number beginning with either 53 or 54.

Persons with milk protein allergies should return product with numbers W542800000 and lower to the Schwan's delivery drivers during their next visit.
