1 reported death in the cyclobenzaprine group due to an acute MI
- 33 yo diabetic, obese, female S/P 5 days RX cyclobenzaprine 5 mg TID
- Developed SOB and widened QRS complexes on EKG
- Progressed to ventricular fibrillation, cardiac arrest, and death
- Autopsy: Severe CAHD and measurable blood levels of a cocaine metabolite
