FDA/CDRH Consumer Affairs Staff

The Consumer Affairs Staff of FDA’s Office of Communication, Education, and Radiation Programs (OCER) is responsible for answering breast implant calls from consumers and distributing the breast implant handbook.

To receive a copy of the breast implant handbook, please call 1-800-638-2041. When prompted, press 1 to speak with a Consumer Affairs Specialist and request a breast implant handbook. The breast implant handbook may also be obtained by visiting FDA’s website.
