Dear Mr. Woods:

The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge receipt of your letters on October 29 and December 17, 2013, in which you responded to the FDA Warning Letter (WL) 50-13, dated August 7, 2013 and to the subsequent FDA letter dated October 18, 2013. Your responses will be made a permanent part of our files.

Based on our evaluation of your letters and your website www.oralchelation.com, it appears that you have addressed the violation(s) contained in the Warning Letter you received. Future FDA inspections and / or investigations will further assess the adequacy and sustainability of these corrections.

This letter does not relieve you or your firm from the responsibility of taking all necessary steps to assure sustained compliance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and its implementing regulations or with other relevant legal authority. The Agency expects you and your firm to maintain compliance and will continue to monitor your state of compliance. This letter will not preclude any future regulatory action should violations be observed during a subsequent inspection or through other means.

If you have questions regarding any issues in this letter, please contact David Whitman, Compliance Officer at (619)-941-3769.

Sincerely,

/S/

Alonza E. Cruse, Director
Los Angeles District
