Re: Warning Letter NYK2000-72 Response

Dear Jerome:

We would like to have a response posted to the FDA website in regards to warning Letter NYK2000-72 for L.A.G. Sales Company.

L.A.G. Sales has taken full responsibility for the mistakes made by the trucking company that resulted in the warning letter being issued to L.A.G. Sales Company. We have paid the fine as imposed on the Company by US Customs / FDA. We have corrected and implemented new policies with our Freight Carries as well as our customers in regards to the importance of the "Hold Notices" issued by US Customs / FDA.

We feel it is only fair that the public know that L.A.G. Sales did take full responsibility for its actions and have met all requirements with US Customs / FDA to correct the errors made, as well as ensure that the same mistakes will not happen in the future.

Thank you for your time and consideration with this situation.

Best Regards,

Lawrence Gaus
L.A.G. Sales Company
