Dear Customer,
On or about May 21, 2010, a trailer containing 15 pallets of Lupin Pharmaceuticals U.S. generic prescription medications was stolen. The theft occurred in Memphis, Tennessee sometime between 10:00 PM on the evening of Thursday, May 20, 2010 and 6:00 AM on the morning of Friday, May 21, 2010. The trailer contained the products, lots and quantities which are listed below and also posted on Lupin’s website at http://www.lupinpharmaceuticals.com/adr.htm
Product(s) that have been shipped to distribution facilities have been in Lupin’s possession from the time it was dispatched from the Distribution Center for delivery to you. Please be assured that this product is safe and meets all GMP Quality Assurance standards. Lupin is asking that you please inform your pharmacies of this situation.
Wholesalers, retailers and customers are encouraged to obtain Lupin pharmaceutical products from only trusted and reliable sources. The list of Lupin’s Authorized Distributors of Record (ADR) can also be found on Lupin’s website at http://www.lupinpharmaceuticals.com/adrsub.htm
