CPG Sec. 530.500 Wheat Germ Containing Non-Wheat Germ Tissue

REGULATORY ACTION GUIDANCE:

The following represents the criteria for recommending legal action to CFSAN/Office of *Compliance*/Division of Enforcement (HFS-605):

The wheat germ contains an average of 15% or more, by weight, non wheat germ tissue.
