How will FDA enforce the Youth Access and Advertising regulations?

In addition to doing inspections on its own, section 3.2.1 of the Tobacco Control Act requires FDA to contract with states to inspect retail establishments within the state, to the extent feasible. In 2010, FDA awarded contracts to 15 states. See the relevant resources below for more details.
