Taskforce Broadcast

On Thursday, December 2, 2010 at 2 p.m. ET, the Office of Partnerships (OP) hosted a live webcast on the Food Protection Taskforces. Participants included Associate Commissioner for Regulatory Affairs (ACRA), Dara Corrigan; OP Director, Joe Reardon; and Deputy Commissioner for Foods, Mike Taylor. This webcast also featured representatives of Food Protection Taskforces from Michigan, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Indiana who discussed topics including, but not limited to, the value and effectiveness of Taskforces within food safety systems, their structure, how to market and promote membership of Taskforces, and the expectations of the Taskforce and its members. This event was broadcast live over the Internet. For those who were unable to watch the event live, it was recorded and is available for viewing using the Windows Media file or Mediasite link below.
