Safe Medication Use

Spanish-Language Health Resources
The FDA has a number of resources for Spanish-speaking women on health topics such as diabetes, heart disease, cosmetics, menopause, mammography, and asthma. In addition to these resources, FDA has created the ¡Nunca Más! novela series, which educates Hispanic women and their families about the importance of safe medication use.
Anyone who has ever been on a diet knows that there are sensible ways to lose weight, such as balanced diets, exercising and realistic goals. And then there are reckless ways to shed pounds—fads and diet aids that promise rapid weight loss, but often recommend potentially dangerous practices.
