Trypticase Soy-Tryptose Broth
| Trypticase soy broth (commercial, dehydrated) |
15 g |
| Tryptose broth (commercial, dehydrated) |
13.5 g |
| Yeast extract | 3 g |
| Distilled water | 1 liter |
Dissolve ingredients in 1 liter water. Heat gently to dissolve. Dispense 5 ml portions into 16 x 150 mm test tubes. Autoclave 15 min at 121°C. Final pH, 7.2 ± 0.2.
