Symptoms of foodborne illness vary, but stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea are quite common.
In fact, the symptoms are a lot like the flu. Sometimes foodborne illness is confused with the flu because symptoms can be flu-like with a fever, headache, and body aches.
If you experience any of these symptoms, see your doctor or health-care provider immediately. We’ll learn more about symptoms a little later in the program.
