Combatting illegal, unregulated and unreported (IUU) fishing and seafood fraud is a priority of the FDA and other federal agencies and is critical to sustaining the resilience of our global ocean fisheries. The FDA is participating in the Presidential Initiative on Combating IUU Fishing and Seafood Fraud.
