Live Webcast for Several Sessions of the National Food Safety Education Conference

Several plenary sessions of the National Food Safety Education Conference, held by the Partnership for Food Safety Education, will be broadcast live online on December 4-5, 2014. The broadcast sessions include a joint panel with Michael Taylor, the FDA’s Deputy Commissioner for Foods, and Brian Ronholm, Acting Undersecretary for Food Safety at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, to be held on December 5 starting at 1:15 p.m. EST.

The non-profit Partnership’s mission is to educate the public about preventing foodborne illness. It includes representatives from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the food industry, food science and nutrition professional societies, and consumer organizations.
