FDA Announces Educational Forums

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is co-sponsoring two professional development opportunities that will be held in June.
FDA is co-sponsoring the 116th Annual Educational Conference of the Association of Food and Drug Officials, titled “Leading the Way to Building Global Integrated Food, Drug, and Medical Device Safety Systems,” to be held in Providence, Rhode Island, on June 2-6, 2012. Deb Autor, FDA’s Deputy Commissioner for Global Regulatory Operations and Policy, will deliver the Glenn W. Kilpatrick Memorial Address during the Opening Session of the conference, and Associate Commissioner for Regulatory Affairs, Dara Corrigan will present the FDA Keynote. The FDA Dallas District Office is co-sponsoring the Food Allergen Workshop on June 19, 2012, at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
