Finding of No Significant Impact

Premarket notification FCN No. 69, submitted by W.R. Grace, Ltd., to provide for the safe use of styrene-butadiene-methacrylic acid terpolymer (containing no more than 1.5% derived from methacrylic acid and no more than 50% derived from butadiene), 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, and sulfosuccinic acid 4-ester with polyethylene glycol dodecyl ether, disodium salt as components of can-end cement, at levels not to exceed 75% by weight of the cement solids in can-end cements.

The Environmental Review Team has determined that allowing this notification to become effective will not significantly affect the quality of the human environment and therefore will not require the preparation of an environmental impact statement. This finding is based on information submitted by the notifier in an environmental assessment dated May 10, 2000.
