SUBJECT: Dairymaster USA, Inc. AquaJetz With Cover, Model JT 300

In accordance with M-I-00-2, Milk and Milk Product Equipment-A Guideline forEvaluating Construction, FDA's Pacific/Southwest Regional Milk Specialists and CFSAN's Dairy and Egg Branch/Milk Safety Team have specifically evaluated the Dairymaster USA, Inc. AquaJetz with cover, model JT 300 and have validated and confirmed the technical information submitted by DairyMaster USA, Inc. and the review findings of the Pacific Southwest Region Dairy Equipment Review Committee (PSRDERC).

When the Dairymaster USA, Inc. AquaJetz with cover, model JT 300 are constructed, installed and maintained in accordance with submitted documents titled PSRDERC Revision No. 4. they have been found to meet the applicable provisions of Item 9r-Utensils and Equipment - Construction of the Grade "A" Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO).

The technical information that was submitted and reviewed addressing the Dairymaster AquaJetz with cover, model JT 300 constitutes the PSRDERC's Engineering Design and Technical Construction File (EDTCF) PR-08-03. The material in the EDTCF is the property of the manufacturer and may be shown at their discretion.
