  • Sprout Safety Alliance
    FDA, in cooperation with the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Institute for Food Safety and Health (IIT IFSH), has created the Sprouts Safety Alliance (SSA) to help sprout producers in identifying and implementing best practices in the safe production of sprouts.

  • Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance
    FDA, in cooperation with the Institute for Food Safety and Health, has created the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance to develop training courses and materials to help industry, particularly small- and medium-sized companies, comply with the upcoming preventive control rules.

  • Produce Safety Alliance
