Seven reconstituted apple juice samples were received by our laboratory on September 10, 2011. Samples were prepared in duplicate with two aliquots prepared as a matrix spike and duplicate. Analysis was performed on all samples on September 11, 2011 by "Analysis of Foods for As, Cd, Cr, Hg and Pb by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS)".
