Experimental Conditions: Gels were scanned at 600 d.p.i. in Adobe Photoshop 3.02 using a Sharp JX-325 Scanner with Film Scanner Attachment. Gels were analyzed for Densitometry, Intregration, and Migration Position Normalization in EXCEL 5.0 Format. *.xls files were imported into Paradox 7.0 to save as *.db files.  See also the detailed description.
