Letheen broth25.7 g
Trypticase peptone5 g
Thiotone peptone10 g
Yeast extract2 g
Sodium bisulfite0.1 g
Distilled water1 liter

Dispense 90 ml into screw-cap bottle. Autoclave 15 min at 121°C. Final pH, 7.2 ± 0.2.
