Sodium lauryl sulfate0.1 g
Distilled water1 liter

 

Dispense 10 ml portions into 20 x 150 mm tubes containing inverted 10 x 75 mm fermentation tubes. Autoclave 15 min at 121°C. Final pH, 6.8 ± 0.2.
