BAM Media M67: Irgasan-Ticarcillin-Chlorate (ITC) Broth

Tryptone10 g
Yeast extract1 g
MgCl2·6H2O60 g
NaCl5 g
Potassium chlorate1 g
Malachite green, 0.2%5 ml
Distilled water1 liter

Adjust to pH 7.6 ± 0.2 and autoclave at 121°C for 15 min.

Add the following:

Ticarcillin(1 mg/ml)1 ml
Irgasan DP300(1 mg/ml)1 ml
