Trypticase soy broth30.0 g
Bile salts No. 31.5 g
Dipotassium phosphate1.5 g
Novobiocin solution (R50)0.2 ml
Deionized water1 liter

Autoclave mTSB without novobiocin and let cool to room temperature. Final pH, 7.4 +/- 0.2. For chapter 24, gene probe method, add novobiocin just before adding food.
