Tryptone Phosphate (TP) Broth
(for enteropathogenic Escherichia coli)

Tryptone 20 g
K2HPO4 2 g
KH2PO4 2 g
NaCl 5 g
Polysorbate 80 (Tween 80) 1.5 ml
Distilled water 1 liter

Autoclave 15 min at 121°C. Final pH, 7.0 ± 0.2.
