Neutralizing solution (Maas II)
|Concentrated HCl: as needed for pH 7.0|
|Distilled water to make 1 liter|
Dissolve in several hundred ml distilled water. Adjust pH to 7.0 with concentrated HCl. Bring volume to 1 liter.
