On June 5 & 6, 2012, FDA’s Medical Countermeasures initiative (MCMi) sponsored a Regulatory Science Symposium (see Federal Register notice) to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas on MCM development; highlight work on regulatory science as it applies to the development and advancement of MCMs; facilitate innovative directions; and inform stakeholders on MCM-related scientific progress and accomplishments. The two-day symposium included scientific presentations and a poster session. Poster winners were announced following the symposium.
