PPT Slide - indinavir

This slide shows the mean plasma concentration time course of indinavir in 8 healthy volunteers with indinavir alone or after taking indinavir with St. John’s wort.1 After administration of St. John’s wort, a 57% reduction was observed in the indinavir area under the plasma concentration-time curve (AUC), indicative of reduced exposure to indinavir.
