  • Cosmetics shall not contain "prohibited cattle material"
    • SRMs, MS(Beef), 'Non-Ambulatory Disabled Cattle', Cattle not Inspected and Passed (USDA)
    • Exemptions for Tallow (≤0.15% "hexane-insolubles") and Tallow Derivatives
