  • Cosmetics shall not contain "prohibited cattle material"
    • SRMs, MS (beef), Non-Ambulatory Disabled Cattle, Cattle not inspected and passed (USDA)
    • Exemptions for Tallow (≤0.15% "hexane-insolubles") and Tallow Derivatives
