CVM Announces Animal Health Twitter Account
February 17, 2010
The Food and Drug Administration’s Center for Veterinary Medicine (CVM) announced today the launch of their Animal Health Twitter account.
Twitter is a free social media marketing tool that will allow CVM to connect and keep in touch with our user base through the exchange of quick, frequent answers to one simple question: What's happening in the world of CVM and animal health?
The twitter service enables its users to send and read messages known as tweets. Tweets are text-based posts of up to 140 characters displayed on the author's profile page and delivered to the author's subscribers who are known as followers.
