FDA Holding Public Meeting On Antimicrobial Resistance
April 9, 2002
The Food and Drug Administration's Center for Veterinary Medicine (FDA's CVM) is holding a public informational meeting to give the general public a broad background on the issue of antimicrobial resistance so they can fully participate in the public dialogue about the issue. The meeting will be held on April 26, 2002, in the Congressional Room at the Capital Hilton Hotel, 1001 16th Street (16th & K Streets), Washington, DC 20036, telephone, (202) 393-1000. It will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and walk-in registration will begin at 9:00 a.m.
Registration is required. There is no registration fee for the meeting. Limited space is available, and early registration is encouraged. All presentations should be provided on PowerPoint (disk or CD, or e-mailed in advance to email@example.com). No zip disks, slide presentations or overheads can be accommodated.
