Open Public Comments II
DR. CRAIGMILL: Now the last item we have is again another 15 minutes of open public comments if there are any open public comments. So if there is anyone who wishes to read something into the record or speak into the record again at this time, please identify yourself. We have one. Anybody else? All right. Go ahead. Since the last time I identified one person, we gave him five minutes, we will go ahead and give you five if you need it.
DR. LOBO: Ben Lobo, Veterinary Drugs Director at Canada. I would like to go back to forum one where we were talking a lot about profits, and we don’t have MUMS regulations presently in Canada, but we have had cost recovery for the last eight or nine years. My experience has been that there have been no minor uses, but there have been several minor species drugs, aquaculture in particular. They have a grading for cost recovery with the minor species use drugs, and there haven’t been any applications as far as I know for minor uses. That is the comment I wish to make.
DR. CRAIGMILL: Okay. Thank you. If there are no further public comments, we will adjourn to the gazebo.
(Whereupon, the meeting adjourned at 5:17 p.m.)
