DDMAC - Enforcement Actions Webinar - May 3, 2011

The Division of Drug Marketing, Advertising, and Communications (DDMAC) of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), is pleased to inform you of a unique opportunity to participate in the first of our Enforcement Webinars, which was held on May 3, 2011. This is a pilot program in which DDMAC gave our key stakeholders a chance to directly communicate with the Agency on clarifications or questions about the Warning Letters and Untitled Letters issued by DDMAC in a given quarter. This particular webinar covered Warning Letters and Untitled Letters issued from January 2011 to April 2011. 

 
These focused webinars will support DDMAC's mission to protect the public health by assuring prescription drug information is truthful, balanced and accurately communicated.
