1. DIVISION OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT (DBNHA).

A. Coordinates the operations of the Division of Training and Development, insuring that the goals and priorities of the Office and Center are carried out.

B. Advises and assists the Office Director, Center Director and other key officials on Center programmatic matters.

C. Training and development branch 1 (DBNHA1).

D. Develops, coordinates, and implements policies, procedures, and programs for the orientation, training, and career development of Center staff.

E. Training and development branch 2 (DBNHA2).

F. Develops, coordinates, and implements policies, procedures, and programs for the orientation, training, and career development of Center staff.
