1. DIVISION OF MANAGEMENT SERVICES (DKKNBC)

A. Provides leadership and guidance to the Center on all aspects of administrative management, physical security, safety management, interface management, and property maintenance

B. Provides service and support on human resources, and personnel management activities

C. Serves as Center interface with the Office of Shared Services and the center programs in the areas of facilities, finance, acquisitions and grants, equal employment opportunity and diversity, and information technology/telecommunications

2. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES BRANCH (DKKNBC1)

A.Provides leadership and expert guidance to the Center on administrative management programs covering special pay authorities and incentives, senior level appointments, Voluntary Leave Transfer Program (VLTP), Flexible Workplace Arrangement Program (FWAP), Desk Sharing, Alternative Work Schedule (AWS), Performance Management Program (PMAP), Outside Activities, Student Loan Repayment Program (SLRP), Reward and Recognition, and Commissioned Corps Awards

B. Conducts management and program analyses and evaluations to provide consultations on policies and procedures related to administrative programs assigned to the Branch

C. Serves as Center interface with the Agency Office of Management Programs (OMP), to implement and communicate DHHS and Agency policies and regulations to Center staff

3. INTERFACE MANAGEMENT BRANCH (DKKNBC2)

Serves as the Center focal point and Agency Liaison for safety management, interface management, property maintenance, facilities, travel, equal employment opportunity and diversity, and telecommunications
