1. DIVISION OF PROGRAM SERVICES (DJJHBB).
A. Provides high-quality facilities that are functional, flexible, accessible, and resource-efficient, including support for conference room management, copy center, glassware and media preparation.
B. Recruits, develops, and retains human capital resources and aligns them to priority areas to provide mission-critical skills and expertise.
C. Provides day-to-day management support, including document preparation, processing, tracking, and reporting associated with personnel, equipment, and general services.
2. AUTHORITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
The functional statements for this Division were approved by the Secretary of Health and Human Services, effective October 1, 2012.
