FY 2008 PDUFA Performance Report Table of Contents

The table below summarizes FDA’s preliminary performance for the FY 2008 Procedural and Processing goals. FDA will not meet administrative performance goals for FY 2008.
Some administrative activities are still pending action and not overdue as of September 30, 2008; however, completing these activities on time will not raise the overall performance sufficiently to meet the performance goals. Additional discussion of the individual goals is located in this section.
