510(k) Premarket Notifications MDUFMA FY 05

The vertical clustered column graph presents submissions related to 510(k) Premarket Notifications for FYs 2003 to 2005. The scale is in increments of 1,000 with a ceiling of 4,500. Submissions are presented as “All Submissions” and “MDUFMA Cohort Submissions” which are a subset of all submissions. It indicates that the number of “All Submissions” decreased slightly from the initial level of approximately 4,300 in FY 2003 to just below 4,000 in FY 2004, and then leveled off for FY 2005 at about the FY 2004 level. The number of “MDUFMA Cohort Submissions” also decreased slightly from the initial level of just below 4,000 in FY 2003 to half way between 3,000 and 4,000 in FY 2004, and then increased slightly in FY 2005.
