Product Center Ombudsmen

CBER (Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research), CDER (Center for Drug Evaluation and Research), CDRH (Center for Devices and Radiological Health) and CVM (Center for Veterinary Medicine) each have a designated ombudsman. Each works to resolve problems and issues occurring within their own respective center. If that effort is unsuccessful or if intercenter issues are involved, the matter will go to the FDA Ombudsman's Office. The offices are in close communication with common goals of efficient dispute resolution.
